Here is a delicious recipe for my amazing tiramisu, I like to call it Ceesiemisu, enjoy!

What do we need:
500 gram mascarpone cheese
1 1/2  pack of speculoos/biscoff cookies
4 eggs
4 table spoons of white sugar
4 table spoons of Amaretto
1 cup of coffee

How to make it:
Beat egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until pale and thick. 
Whip the egg white to stiff peaks.
Put the Mascarpone in a bowl, add the egg yolks and gently mix the egg whites until all just combined.

Mix the coffee with the Amaretto and dip enough speculoos biscuits into the coffee mixture to cover the base of the ceramic dish. Cover the biscuits with one -third of the mascarpone mixture. Repeat layers 2 times , ending with the cream.

Cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
At the end dust generously with cocoa powder and serve!

As you can see I don't use heavy cream, so the dessert is not that bad for you (I mean… not really!)
