Ceesie is a huge fan of swimming. As a kid my parents forced me to join the swim team in Gent, so I used to go swim at least 3 times a week.
Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do for your body, you use almost every muscle and you burn about 350 calories for 30 minutes of swimming.
